The prom
Episode 1.22 of Queer as Folk first aired on June 24, 2001 in the USA. It's Brian Kinney's 30th birthday - and he isn't very happy about it. Justin tries to invite him to his high school prom, but unsurprisingly Brian turns him down. During a shopping trip, Brian's friend Lindsay tries to convince him that turning 30 isn't the same as dying and Brian ends up buying a fateful white silk scarf. After a luckily unsuccessful experiment with auto-erotic asphyxiation, Brian decides to recapture his lost youth and shows up at Justin's prom, where the two men dance to The Drifters' "Save The Last Dance For Me". However, their magical night has a tragic ending...Information
